The Palais Royal in March

PLACES - If I have a chance to do a turn around the Palais Royal I certainly try & make it when I am in Paris. The architecture, the shops & the people make

even a 15 minute visit worthwhile - I find it peaceful & inspiring.

Here you have the famous vintage shop Didier Ludot for Haute Couture & also Serge Lutens perfumes plus many other wonderful shops. In the same vicinity

there is Galerie Vivienne which has been opened to the public since 1826.

LE TRAIN BLEU - Before catching a train from the station Gare de Lyon, I suggest either lunch, a drink or just a peek at Le Train Bleu. It was built as part of the Paris 

Exhibition of 1900 in the style of Belle Epoque. It's a charming step back in time.
